About Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy
Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized facility that processes and dispenses prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is powered by automation, allowing prescriptions to be filled quickly and accurately. While we are not patient-facing, our work supports retail pharmacies by giving them more time to deliver clinical services and patient educational enhancing care in the communities we serve.
Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our 2nd shift team in Litchfield Park, AZ . This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility to support efficient pharmacy operations. From routine cleaning to supporting minor maintenance needs, you'll help keep our Central Fill Pharmacy running smoothly.
Starting Pay: $15.20/Hr., plus shift differential of $2.00/Hr.
Schedule:
We're currently looking for candidates with open availability.
Hours may vary between 2:00 PM and 2:00 AM
Schedules are five days per week, 40 hours total.
Workdays: Monday through Friday, with Sunday availability required.
Closed on Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of Custodial services or related field
Fluent in English and Spanish
Job Duties:
Maintain cleanliness in all facility areas, including offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, and parking lots.
Clean and sanitize surfaces following OSHA, federal, state, and local health guidelines.
Perform custodial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash/recycle bins, and cleaning carpets and windows.
Handle floor care including stripping and waxing.
Clean electronic devices and fixtures such as microwaves, air ducts, and ceiling tiles.
Assist with event setups, report facility issues (e.g., leaks, outages), and perform light maintenance as needed.
Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all safety protocols.

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.20 - $22.80* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
