Build a Specialized Career as an Aluminum TIG Welder (1st Shift)

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

A leading manufacturer is seeking a skilled Aluminum TIG Welder to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly specialized environment focused almost entirely on aluminum TIG welding—ideal for someone looking to grow and advance in a niche, in-demand trade.

This is not a MIG welding role. Candidates must have hands-on experience and confidence in TIG welding aluminum.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Ensure precision, strength, and clean finishes on all welds
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace

What You Bring:

• Proven experience TIG welding aluminum (required)
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or GED

Experience Levels Considered:
We are open to multiple skill levels and will align responsibilities accordingly:

• Level A: Advanced experience with complex aluminum TIG welding
• Level B: Intermediate experience with strong foundational skills
• Level C: Entry-level with training or education in TIG welding and a willingness to grow

Additional Information:
