• Monday–Friday
• Available shifts:
• • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Schedule flexibility is required

Pay

• $20/hour
• Paid training
• $150 bonus for every closed deal from your appointments
• Monthly bonus payouts

Summary

We are hiring Entry-Level Appointment Setters for a growing call center team in Santa Ana. In this role, you will contact warm leads and schedule appointments for homeowners interested in solar contract solutions. No closing experience is required — another team handles the sales process.

This is a structured environment with paid training, growth opportunities, and strong bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads
• Schedule appointments for potential customers
• Follow phone scripts and company guidelines
• Update customer information in Google Sheets and internal systems
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude on calls

Requirements

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Professional attitude and clear speaking ability
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
• Basic computer skills
• Coachable and reliable
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus
