Looking for a strong bartender to run an outdoor rooftop bar located in the heart of Flushing on the rooftop of a hotel.

This role requires someone who can manage the bar independently and take ownership of the space.

Schedule:

• Friday and Saturday nights required

Responsibilities:

• Run the rooftop bar independently
• Set up, stock, and break down the bar each shift
• Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine service
• Maintain a clean and organized bar
• Build relationships with guests and help grow a clientele

Requirements:

• Bartending experience required
• Ability to work alone and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong hospitality and guest interaction skills
• Reliable and professional
