Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and closeout.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while leading on?site teams to maintain quality and safety.
Oversee contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using project management software to track progress and resolve issues.
Coordinate with estimating and procurement during preconstruction, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance.

The Project Manager will have:
5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience with ground?up and renovation work across multiple sectors
Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, client coordination, and project management software (Procore, MS Project).
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is ideal.
