We are seeking a skilled Foreman - Sheet Metal Installer to implement and oversee commercial HVAC projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to the installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems. A problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills is preferred. And a team-oriented approach to the project is expected.

Necessary Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in commercial HVAC Sheet Metal installation
• Must have necessary hand tools
• Must have strong communication skills
• Needs Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Be able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine sheet metal layout and installation requirements
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, safely climb and balance up/down a ladder, and work in elevated locations
• Ability to climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, stand/walk for long periods, etc.
• Experience with Natural Gas Heating, VRF, And Energy Recovery Systems
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Scissor lift experience is a plus
• Must adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Must work well with others and interact with customers
• Clean license and background checks
