What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both sides of the desk, building relationships with clients and candidates to help them thrive. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to senior‑level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. You will focus on existing clients, identify new ones, interview candidates, and match them with the right organizations and careers. Success in this role requires a sense of urgency, client focus, and candidate dedication. About you Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
