Executive Recruiter – Role Overview As an Executive Recruiter, you will be a part of a dynamic team of Recruiters, that focuses on the Candidate and the Client. Get ready to manage both sides of the desk, while helping your Clients and Candidates Thrive! The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid‑to‑senior level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. In this vital role, you will demonstrate a sense of urgency, focus on existing Clients and identify new ones, interview candidates and match them with their dream organizations and careers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
