Now Hiring: Make-Ready Apartment Technician
Davenport, FL
Are you a hands-on professional who takes pride in transforming apartments into move-in ready homes? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Make-Ready Technician to join our team in Davenport, FL!
What You’ll Do:
As a Make-Ready Technician, you’ll be responsible for completing full unit turns and ensuring each apartment is clean, functional, and ready for new residents.
Responsibilities Include:
Complete full apartment turns in a timely manner
Interior painting (walls, touch-ups, full repaints as needed)
Minor drywall repairs (patching, sanding, finishing)
Basic plumbing repairs (faucets, leaks, garbage disposals, toilets)
Minor electrical work (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
Appliance checks and minor repairs
General cleaning and preparation of units
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude and team player mentality
