We’re currently seeking a hands-on Mechanical & Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team and support the production of high-quality equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both electrical and mechanical systems, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and install wiring harnesses, pigtails, and electrical components following schematics and routing guidelines
• Build and install mechanical parts and systems on vehicles and trailers
• Work with components such as axles, motors, suspension systems, tires, and hydraulic equipment
• Use hand and power tools to assemble electronic and mechanical equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues (voltage, continuity, functionality)
• Inspect and adjust mechanical assemblies for proper fit, torque, and alignment
• Support team members and help train new hires on assembly processes
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete tasks efficiently
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance safety

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, fabrication methods, and tools
• Ability to read basic schematics, blueprints, or work instructions
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and mechanical installations
• Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations
• Comfortable using common software tools such as Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work occasional extended hours as needed
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
