What You'll be Doing:

You’ll meet with homeowners who already need help and guide them to the best comfort solutions for their homes.

Typical day includes:

• Running 2–3 quality sales calls per day
• Diagnosing heating, cooling, and air quality issues
• Designing comfort solutions that fit the home and budget
• Recommending additional upgrades when appropriate.
• You’ll also work closely with technicians for warm lead handoffs, which helps build trust and increase your close rate.

• Close 50%+ of their opportunities
• Generate $4M+ in annual sales

• At least 5 years HVAC Sales / Estimator / Comfort Advisor experience
• Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written
• Well Organized with the Ability to Work Independently
• Professional Phone Skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
