Description

Do you have experience with interior painting and drywall repair for Multi-Family/Residential properties? As Painter for Alexander Hamilton Apartments in Columbus Ohio, you will be responsible for prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, interior painting and drywall repair.

Multi-Family Painter Responsibilities:

• Prepping apartments for painting

• Interior painting

• Drywall repair

Multi-Family Painter Qualifications:

• Interior Painting and drywall repair experience

• Be responsible and reliable

• Must have a basic set of tools

• Have a positive, get-the-job-done attitude

• Candidates must prove they have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Have detailed knowledge of make-ready unit turns, including painting and drywall repair
