Marshfield Clinic – Marshfield Children’s is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our integrated pediatric health system. As a key member of our collaborative, patient-first care team, you will provide comprehensive pharmacy services to children and families across central and northern Wisconsin. You will review, verify, and dispense medications with meticulous attention to safety, accuracy, and pediatric dosing requirements, working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes. The Pharmacist will provide direct medication therapy management, monitor for drug interactions and adverse effects, and participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to pediatric patients. You will offer medication counseling and education to patients, parents, and caregivers in a compassionate and understandable manner, supporting adherence, safe administration, and effective use of medications at home. In this role, you will contribute to medication-related quality improvement initiatives, support formulary management, and help maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. You will utilize electronic health records and clinical decision support tools to guide safe prescribing and monitoring, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care plans for complex pediatric cases.
