Exciting Opportunity: Regional Property Manager – Affordable Housing

Location: Sacramento, CA

CORY is hiring a strategic, mission-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee operational performance across a portfolio of senior affordable housing communities totaling 700+ units.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Provide leadership across a portfolio of senior housing communities, ensuring consistency in operations, financial performance, and service standards.
• Guide and support onsite leadership, helping drive accountability, team development, and overall property performance.
• Review property-level performance data and identify opportunities to improve occupancy, collections, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term asset performance strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable housing regulations and internal policies across the portfolio.
• Visit communities regularly to assess operations, identify gaps, and support teams in executing improvement plans.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• 5+ years of property management experience, with at least 3 years at a regional or senior-level management position.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance (LIHTC and HUD)
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams across multiple sites
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics

Perks and Benefits You’ll Receive:

• Base salary of $110k/year- $120k + bonus
