Restoration Technician , every day is different. One day you might be extracting water from a flooded basement, the next youre helping rebuild after fire damage. Its hands-on, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding.

What Youll Do:
- Respond quickly to emergencies such as water or fire damage.
- Perform restoration activities: water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup.
- Load, maintain, and track tools and supplies for projects.
Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and clients. - Ensure safety standards are always met.
What Were Looking For:
- A valid drivers license and clean record.
- Willingness to work a rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields (preferred).
- IICRC certification (a plus).
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
- Comfortable working at heights, in crawl spaces, or attics.
- Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks.
- Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents.
