Point Quest Group is seeking a School Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team supporting students in educational settings. As part of an organization dedicated to tailored educational and behavioral support services, you will help students build the skills they need for greater independence, access to learning, and meaningful participation in school routines. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions in accordance with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and district guidelines. You will conduct screenings and assist with formal assessments, implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress that aligns with educational goals. Working closely with teachers, school staff, related service providers, and families, you will collaborate to identify strategies, accommodations, and adaptations that promote student success in the classroom, on campus, and during daily school activities. Your day-to-day work may include supporting fine and gross motor development, visual-motor integration, self-care and functional skills, sensory regulation, behavior support strategies, and environmental modifications that foster engagement and safety. Point Quest Group’s culture is supportive and inclusive, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. You will be part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team where your input is valued and your development is actively supported through supervision, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities. Our work environment may include a mix of on-site school-based services and limited remote or administrative work, and we encourage open communication and teamwork to ensure high-quality, student-centered care. This opportunity allows you to make a tangible difference in the lives of students and their families while advancing your own clinical and professional skills. If you are a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who is eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on special education and healthcare services, we invite you to bring your expertise, creativity, and dedication to Point Quest Group.
