This position will be filled in Dayton, OH Job Requirements Job Requirements and Qualifications: • U.S Citizenship with TS/SCI Security Clearance • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. • Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Team Agreements, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, Acceptance Criteria • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog. • Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools • 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with Scrum Alliance • Ability to adjust to requirements evolution • Excellent Communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form • Knowledge of the SDLC and interrelationships with agile development Preferred Qualifications: • Active TS/SCI • Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance Security Clearance Requirements: Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one. Education Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
