About the Position:

Summary:

Seeking a vigilant Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment. Responsible for enforcing security protocols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents. Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent security breaches.
• Enforce access control and verify the identification of individuals.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and security incidents.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities.
• Operate surveillance systems and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Follow security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all.
• Assist in emergency situations and execute emergency response plans.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary.
• Stay updated on security trends and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security or related experience preferred.
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and procedures.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required).
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Completion of required security training/certifications (if applicable).
