As a Security Officer Screener in Pooler, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor entry points, screen visitors and team members, and support access control activities. This role combines a visible presence, routine patrols, and strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and perform screening of people, packages, bags, and/or personal items entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Document screening-related activities, unusual events, and policy violations through required logs, reports, and/or electronic systems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for suspicious activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
