We are looking for an enthusiastic Server / Bartender who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a lively hospitality environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. If you love creating great guest experiences while working in a beautiful waterfront setting, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What You’ll DoAs a Server / Bartender, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our members and their guests.
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service from the moment they are seated
Share daily specials, answer menu questions, and offer thoughtful recommendations
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages following club standards
Check in with guests to ensure their experience is enjoyable and complete
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist with side work
Participate in pre-shift meetings and menu tastings
Use the Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate order entry and payment processing
Follow established service standards for greeting, beverage service, and food delivery
Practice proper tray service for food and beverage service
Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment
A friendly, professional personality with a passion for hospitality
Ability to provide attentive and courteous service in a member-focused environment
Strong communication and guest service skills
High school diploma or GED required
Previous restaurant or bar experience required
Must meet state age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
