Job Summary: The US Regional Corporate Properties Manager is responsible for overseeing all real estate transactions and projects, facilities oversight, and workplace operations across the US Region. This role ensures that corporate locations, critical facilities, and workplace environments operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational standards. The manager partners closely with Corporate Properties leadership, business units, landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience and protect the firm's real estate assets.
Primary Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or property operations. Experience managing multi-site portfolios preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Deep understanding of building systems, lease terms, compliance requirements, and FM best practices. Proven vendor management and negotiation capabilities. Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial data. Strong project management skills with experience leading regional initiatives. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
