The Bank Teller isresponsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Ensure an excellent branch customer experience by assisting clients with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, fund transfers, issuing bank checks, processing cash and loan advances, loan payments, and redeeming savings bonds, along with handling any other customer transactions as needed.
• Assist customers with inquiries and requests related to their existing accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Educate customers about alternative service channels available for their convenience.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act compliance and general banking operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail banking experience within the financial services industry.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Pay Rate: $21.29 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
