Overview Member Service Representative I (MSR I/Teller) - Cloquet, MN Northwoods Credit Union in Cloquet, MN is seeking a full-time, entry-level Member Service Representative I (Teller). The position offers a starting pay range of $17.00 - $18.15 per hour based on experience, with a maximum pay of $22.69 and potential for career ladder advancement to MSR II and MSR III based on performance. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (8-hour weekday shifts may vary 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; rotating Saturday shifts are approximately once per month). Responsibilities Serve as the friendly first point of contact for members and deliver exceptional service with every interaction. Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Build strong relationships and create positive member experiences to strengthen community relationships and the credit union’s mission to build life-long relationships, one member at a time. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license required. Prior experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus, but not required.
