Qualifications Advanced subject mastery of expository essay structure, thesis development, evidence integration, analogy, etc. Ability to explain various essay formats, prepare students for academic writing, state assessments, and college composition. Teaching‑and problem‑solving skills: teach essay organization, evidence selection, introductions, conclusions, citation, and more. Curriculum awareness: know the challenges, adapt instruction using graphic organizers, model essay analysis, structured drafting for students from middle school to college.
