Job Description
The Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, maintaining, and troubleshooting internal and customer-facing enterprise networks. This individual serves as a subject-matter expert (SME) in network management, routing and switching, firewalls, and multi-site deployments, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable environments for our clients. In addition to providing deep technical expertise, the Network Engineer builds and maintains strong, positive relationships with clients and internal team members.
This role reports to the Senior Network Engineer, collaborates closely with other Network Engineers, and works with IT Support specialists to configure, test, and document client networks. It is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex network challenges, mentoring others, and shaping easy-to-manage, centralized network environments for a diverse client base.
