Location: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Multiple Shifts Available

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 starting pay, pay increases once you get your Pharmacy Certification

About the Role

This onsite opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in pharmacy operations. As part of an automated refill center, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment picking, packing, and preparing individual prescription orders for direct-to-patient shipment. We'll support your path toward becoming a Pharmacy Technician while you gain hands-on experience.

Once hired, employees will be assisted in obtaining an Kentucky/Indiana Board of Pharmacy Technician License. A BIG step in your career!

What You'll Do

• Pick and pack individual prescription orders following on-screen prompts and program specifications

• Fold and include required paperwork with prescriptions for shipment

• Sort orders by store location and place in totes for shipping

• Load packaged product onto trucks

• Maintain a continuous workflow to meet daily production goals

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and SOPs

• Adhere to and promote the company's shared ICARE principles

• Demonstrate problem-resolution skills by recognizing issues and escalating to management as needed

• Follow all federal and state HIPAA regulations and pharmacy standard procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy

Note: Occasional mandatory overtime may be required to meet daily workload demands.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately

• Comfort working independently or as part of a team in a production environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
